Alright, this is the one time (maybe) where I truly believe that I have the right to say…
All those past sleepless nights.. I THOUGHT it was a bad neighbor! Unable to sleep at 2am when I have WORK at 8 in the morning. I didn’t realize till TONIGHT when I went to the roof to try and figure out which BAD neighbor it was to call the COPS!
I didn’t realize it was YOU guys! Never mind that the weather is so nice, that I CAN’T have fresh air in my room, that I CAN’T sleep without the AC on so I don’t hear you guys.. Today, I found out that SO many people have COMPLAINED .. just how INCONSIDERATE you are! All this, and I DON’T even live close to the hotel!!!
Can’t imagine the kind of HELL those who live near LuLu are in!
Having an outdoor Disco is nice for those who want to go there, but for those who have a LIFE, WORK… and my god.. KIDS… don’t need your super cool hits!
It is just NOT ACCEPTABLE…

all down to bad town planing, open air night club shouldn’t be allowed if the hotel is in a residential area.
Is the music good at least? hehehehehe kidding
The area where the hotel is in is a commercial area (highway going towards al-khuwair). The area where the loud music reaches is a residential area.. it sucks..
the first words that came to my mind when i saw the photo and read the comment were “oh my goodness what happened to this girl”
you must be really pissed otherwise you would not use that comment or would you? lol chill out reality.
i failed to understand how people can find fun in LOUD music ! I hate it.
It was a combination of loud music and mosquitoes…. so go figure… I slept very late and wanted to get up so early because I had to prepare for a trip.. it was terrible…
I guess they were allowed by license to play “Music” to entertain their guests. But one thought they’d pull a fast one, blow the volume to a max and have a Partttyyyy !
One needs to check with Muscat Municipality if they have a license to run a Club on the terrace or is it supposed to be more of a Lounge..
Hmm, I wonder too.. They need to calm down.. really.. Or build sound proof glass walls or something..
nice pic …..:)
next time when they bug u call the cops..”it realy works”
They will hear from me.. for sure.. maybe multiple times!
Haha… I love your post.
The DJ at Park Inn is Omani. DJ (name deleted per request)…
I think it’s just plain incosiderate and I think you should report them to the ROP immediately. Everyone has a right to a good night’s sleep.
You r back w the comments!
Well, I hope — gets this msg!
From what I heard, many people have been complaining and calling the cops.
It’s a lounge setup, I don’t think dancing is allowed. —(name deleted per request)– plays music unnecessarily loud for this sort of environment. The speakers can not handle it, the sound is awfully distorted in and around the bar area; even at the far end it sounds like shite.
good to know that they are loud and SUCK!
I wonder about the people sleeping in the Inn… it must suck really bad for them!
Agree with you 100% on this Reality. Was there with friends the other night and it’s a very nice relaxed setup – lots of comfy beanbags and low chairs for civilised conversation with friends……but unfortunately, as with so many bars and clubs, the management have realised that if the music is so load you can’t actually hear what your friends are saying, then you talk less and drink more. They are shooting themselves in the foot though, because we simply won’t go again. It’s a shame, because it could be a really pleasant social space.
Thank you Blewyn… it makes me feel better to know that they suck!
It could be a very nice relaxing area… but as you said.. the loud (too loud) music just draws people away from the place..
do people dance there?
On the night we went it was busy but there was no dancing. I don’t think they have a dance floor per se….but AFAIK there’s nothing to stop people dancing.
last nıght ı went there to relax, but the musıc volume ıs to hıgh that ı get stressed ınstead of relaxıng. I can not talk wıth my wıfe as we can not hear each other because of the ıncredıble musıc volume. I feel myself ın the lab that try to measure capacıty of the human ear.
Please don’t sue Park Inn. I like the Burgers in RBG grill…
